I'm looking for a cheerful and responsible person to rent a room and share my home and garden. My house is a convenient 10 minute walk to Budleigh town centre and sea front, plus there's a small cafe 50 metres away. The house has most mod cons, broadband and street parking, and bills are included. There are also 2 bus links to the nearby towns of Exmouth and Sidmouth.

The room has 2 wardrobes, a double bed and furniture can be added or rearranged to suit your needs. It overlooks the front garden and quiet street.
