Perfect for someone working away from home and requires a quiet retreat by the sea. Easy access to motorway or Exeter.

£355/month. The let is only Mon- Fri (4 nights), but as the Landlord mostly works away the room mate will generally have the house to themselves during that time. In any case you will have your own living room.

Off road parking, private well kept garden with patio and balcony areas. Short walk to the town centre, River Otter and the beach.

No pets please. Tidy professional preferred. 20 mins to M5 junction. Local shops in the town and large supermarkets just 3 miles away.
