Double bedroom with adjacent living room

I have a double bedroom, with adjacent private sitting room, available from the end of April, in my lovely little house in desirable Chagford on Dartmoor. The kitchen and bathroom would be shared with me, the home owner. I spend most of my time in Chagford, though am frequently away at my partner's house, especially at weekends.
I'm a musician and music teacher, and although I work mostly in schools I do conduct a few lessons at home. There is a small garden, but given the proximity to the open moor and lots of beautiful walks finding outdoor space isn't an issue!. I have a friendly, ageing husky , so the tenant must like animals. If possible, I would really appreciate some dog sitting from a potential lodger, in exchange for reduced rent.
The house is 2 minutes walk from the town centre, but set back of the street, so it's quiet. Ideally I'm looking for a short term let, although it's possible that with a little flexibility a longer term arrangement is possible. The space is big enough for a single person or a couple, and the attached sitting room would be a lovely bright space for home working. Mine is an old-ish, characterful house, with quirks - not for somebody who needs all mod cons, though I have all the basics and it's very cosy!
