There is a friendly cat and so this accommodation is not appropriate for anyone with pets.

The retired lady is looking for a lady lodger over 25 years that can provide 10-15 hours a week of their spare time for affordable accommodation. The lady is looking for company, some meal preparation twice a week, shopping and adhoc errands. This will suit someone working from home or someone working from their office, there is a lot of flexibility. The retired lady has interests in current affairs, music and writing. The landlady used to run a creative business selling stationary. She has supportive son and daughter who she sees regularly.
