Will have use of own shower room. It’s a small double room now with a double bed (not like picture showing single bed).
There is a fishing lake just outside for anyone that fancies a fish of an evening to wind down.
Located 10 miles from Exeter in a beautiful location and surroundings. Right by the A30 so fantastic links to Exeter and M5.
There are 2 local pubs a few minutes away and some beautiful river walks.
I have 2 cats that are super friendly. There is also private parking next to my lodge.
