Double room available in farm cottage

Double room available furnished with double bed - further furniture may be available on request. The cottage is located in a working farm yard so applicants need to be sensible/aware of the usual hazards! Own car/transport is an absolute must, off road parking available.

Shared living room with open fireplace and kitchen/diner. I rented the house unfurnished but I am offering the room and house fully furnished. Shared bathroom with bath, loo and electric shower over bath.

Easy access onto the A30, easy commute to Exeter or Okehampton or beyond. The village has a shop with post office and a FANTASTIC pub!

I am a busy person, I work Monday to Friday, often late in the office. I ride and play hockey evenings and weekends, often out or off visiting friends. It would be great to share with an equally busy person or very independent individual - I'm not anti social, just not around a great deal!
