Cheriton Fitzpaine is situated approx 20 minutes from the outskirts of Exeter, 15 minutes from Tiverton and 10 minutes from Crediton. It has a Community shop and well stocked Farm shop, plus 2 pubs and great dining.
I already have one lovely lodger and am looking for someone who will fit in to a friendly, respectful and relaxed household.
