The stylish accomodation is on its own floor and has its own entrance, onsuite double room, Kitchenette (no sink or fixed hob but own fridge and mini oven) . Own dining/work space alongside use of shared kitchen/ dining/lounge space on upstairs floor. Was an Airbnb but wanting a simpler arrangement! Extremely peaceful location on a farm. Good bus connection to Kingsbridge & dartmouth. Walk straight out onto coastal paths (the accomodation is 40 mins waking distance to the beach st Torcross.) I am a self employed professional life coach and I live here full time (but have land and a caravan that I want to spend more time at) My daughters live with me 2-5 days per week and we share our home with a very loveable Australian mist cat called Nemo.
