Double Room, large garden and parking

In pretty rural setting with beaches and the estuary in easy reach.
Short drive to Kingsbridge and lots of lovely walks.
I am initially saying room only but there is a spare room to be used as a lounge as needed, I'd also consider letting both rooms on a sole use basis . I'd be happy to share more of the house as we get to know each other, and if I'm out/away the lounge would obviously be available.
Shared bathroom-further WC, Kitchen diner, very large garden with large shed for storing bikes/watersports gear.
Must like dogs.

The room is cheap to reflect the fact the house is a work in progress, but a great base for an outdoorsy person like myself.
