Room for one in rural village near Exeter

Hi there,

Just putting out feelers to see if anyone would be interested to share a bungalow in the lovely village of Christow. It's rural and about a 15 minute drive to the nearest part of Exeter.

The room would be un-furnished and for a single person only.
It would suit a mature aged person ( Soz but you have to be over 55 to live in these properties as they are for us oldies :-) ) wanting a quieter lifestyle or maybe even a bubbly person who wants a village life!

You'd be sharing with a practicing Buddhist female, her cat and her dog. For this reason, someone who loves animals and respects serenity in the evenings would be preferable as would a Veggie or Vegan. Pescatarians may also apply.

I'm willing to consider taking in one other pet as long as they are friendly towards mine.

Happy to consider short stays also.

Aiming for room to be ready Oct 26th but possibly may be sooner.

There will be no option of storage I'm afraid.
You would benefit from a car in this location and there is street parking only.

Bills included unless unreasonable useage occurs.
