Large Double Room

The house is a new build in Chudleigh on a small estate.

Large, furnished double room including wardrobe.
Bathroom shared with one other housemate. Shared living space and kitchen. Parking on the drive as well as the street. Garage that can be used for storage. Office space suitable for someone to work from home, I do not use it other than occasionally on school holidays as I am a teacher.

Chudleigh has really easy access to lots of parts of Devon. 20 minute drive to Exeter, 20 minutes to Dartmoor. 30 to Plymouth. 20 minutes to the sea.

This is my first home and I feel very lucky to have it. I like to keep it clean and tidy as a result. Your bedroom is your space in which you are free to do as you please, but I have to confess that I am a bit of a Monica when it comes to the shared spaces, particularly the kitchen. Please don’t apply if you are not a tidy person, we will not be a good fit.

You are welcome to enjoy the house, have friends and family over so long as everyone is respectful. I want you to feel happy and at home here. I have friends around a lot and you would always be welcome to join in and be part of the crew, or not. You can be as social as you like. I’m always happy to chat or not if you prefer.

I love being outdoors, I do a lot of exercise and I’m only really home in the evening.

Sorry, four legged pets, as lovely as they are, won’t be considered.
Couples also won’t be considered as both my housemate and I appreciate our space.
