Double room in Chudleigh - Lots out outside space

Room available from 11th Feb or possibly earlier by negotiation. Bills inc council tax included

Large Double room on the top floor of our family house. Windows south facing with nice views. Use of a kitchen, living room and bathroom shared with 1 other lodger. Although these rooms wouldn't be exclusively for lodgers, we primarily use a separate kitchen and living room on the ground floor.

Our other lodger is considerate and professional.

We have 3 children and 1 cat. They don’t go upstairs though.

We are located within walking distance of chudleigh, but outside and in the country side. We have lots of outdoor space. Parking is available and space in a shed / basement could probably be negotiated for bikes etc!

We are two professionals working in Torquay and home based. Please ask any questions and if you would like to have a look please send me a message introducing yourself such as, profession, interests rough age, when you are looking to move and how long you expect you may want to stay for. We are ideally looking for 6months+.
