Studio living space with shared kitchen

Hello.
I have available a studio style space within the main house which consists of own access to the property, a porch, a main room - doubling up as the bedroom and sitting room - a private shower room with shower, sink and loo, shared kitchen, and access to own garden via patio doors from the main room.

There is also access to a shared garden and a summer house. Both spaces receive the sunshine during the afternoon. There is a garage available for storage and a drive way with space for 2 cars which you would be welcome to share.

The house is a semi-detached property with neighbours to the left and situated in a small village 15 minutes drive from Haytor. There is an access lane to the right of the house leading to the River Teign and the Templar Way footpath. There is plenty of walking around here for the outdoorsy person, and conveniently situated for the moor and the beautiful South Devon coastline. The village is on a bus route to Exeter, Newton Abbot and Plymouth.

The house is joint owned by myself and my Mother. I now live in Wales, and visit once a month, and my Mother lives in the main part of the house.

I would like to find a quiet professional person, someone who is friendly and easy going, to share the house.

The fee includes all bills.
