I am looking for a female lodger who is a working professional and someone who is independent, ideally someone who is not at home all the time.
Location wise this would suit someone who is either working in Exeter or Torbay, this would really suit someone working agency looking for a short(ISH) term place to stay.
I have a small and cozy spare room to offer, the room has a single bed but can be pulled out to a double if preferred. There is additional space for belongings if needed.
I am 34, I work full time, I currently live alone with my dog, my boyfriend stays with us on the occasional weekend and we are both super friendly and welcoming.
