Double Room Available In Modern Detached House

A light and airy good sized fully furnished double room in a friendly and quiet well kept house, located in a village with easy access to the A38 and on a bus route to Exeter and Newton Abbot.

We are looking to share our home with a single non smoking mature working professional who is quiet, clean and respects our home as we do. We offer a furnished double room and almost exclusive use of the main bathroom - which would only be used occasionally by visiting family members, shared use of the kitchen/dining room/family room, off road parking, south facing garden and wifi.

Must be employed and be able to provide a deposit and references. Would consider Mon-Fri let.
