Hi, my name is Chloe, I am 28-years old and I am advertising a room available in my 2-bedroom (plus landing space!) newly decorated home with loads of character and charm, Wilsons Cottage, in Clyst Honiton, Exeter. All bills, including the use of broadband, are included.
 
You will be able to share the rustic Kitchen Diner, beautiful bathroom and comfortable lounge with fireplace and wood-burner, and original wooden flooring. The room is perfect for anyone needing to travel to the nearby Exeter for work, with many cycle routes and easy public transport (the bus stop is extremely close and is very frequent) into the city, St David’s Train Station, and Exeter University direct. The village itself benefits from a pub, a parish church, a park and many nearby walks.
 
This truly is a unique and hidden gem with so many popular locations on its doorstep such as Killerton, the River Cylst and Woodbury Common only a few miles away.
 
There are gas central heating radiators across the property and plenty of storage solutions. There is an oven and gas hob, porcelain sink and air-fryer! There is a fridge-freezer and washing machine.

I work from home around 3 days a-week. I am also open to working alongside anyone else who works from home. I keep the house clean and tidy, I like to chat and have fun. I also work-out from home and listen to music. Equally, I’m very easy going, I like to chill out, watch movies and go out on walks.

I have a car, and would be amenable for shared lifts to Tesco, to work or into town. We can share pots and pans, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets etc.
