I cycle to the hospital in <20mins. Also great access to M5, <1 minute drive, brilliant for commuting. And only a 20min drive to the nearest beach!
The house has a large lounge/dining room, a sunny garden and well appointed kitchen.
Some bills included (wifi and council tax). Consumables (water and gas/electric) split in household(currently approx £60/month ea but will obviously vary on usage).
The current housemate is a quiet 35yr old man who enjoys walking, badminton and board games, and is looking for someone respectful and tidy, who will enjoy the space.
Currently looking for a shorter term let (3-5 months) whilst I'm working abroad, but potentially longer depending on work!
