I cycle to the hospital in <20mins. Also great access to M5, <1 minute drive, brilliant for commuting. And only a 20min drive to the nearest beach!
The house has a large lounge/dining room, a sunny garden and well appointed kitchen.
Some bills included (wifi and council tax). Consumables (water and gas/electric) split in household(currently approx £50/month ea but will obviously vary on usage).
Looking for a housemate who is happy to do their own thing, but also up for a chilled evening on the sofa now and then!
