-the second bedroom will be occupied by me (Maisy) and my partner, Matt. We both work in hospitality. I run a cafe/bar and Matt works in hospitality consultancy. We are pretty relaxed individuals.

-The third bedroom stays as a spare room and is used by Matt's children (aged 4 and 7) for one weekend per month and some school holidays.
