Set in an acre of grounds in the centre of Colyford within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with views of the Seaton Wetlands and estuary. Conveniently situated along the A3052 in between Sidmouth and Lyme Regis.

The spacious rooms are immaculate, beautifully decorated and come with all necessary furnishings. Both have brand new Residence 9 double glazed windows and lined velvet curtains. A brand new kitchenette has just been installed in between both rooms allowing total privacy away from us, the family who live here.
No shared space with owners and family except for the entrance hallway and stairs.

The larger of the two rooms (£140 per week) has a living room area with TV and seating which includes an armchair and footstool; the slightly smaller room (£130 pew week) has two armchairs and a TV. Both rooms also have wall-mounted tables with chairs for dining. I’m including all soft furnishings too - duvet, pillows, cushions and one set of bedding and towels.

The kitchenette has a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, plug-in counter top hob & air fryer. Also a Gröhe mixer tap.
