The house has 7 bedrooms in total with the top floor being exclusively for lodgers occupying two private en suite rooms and the shared kitchenette with additional landing space.
The room has an armchair and a TV as well as a comfortable double bed. Also a dressing table & mirror, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside drawer units. Art and bedside lamps are provided. There is a fold up table and chairs for dining.
Designated parking space within grounds, close to house.
The kitchenette has a row of units with a sink and drainer and Gröhe mixer tap. Kettle, microwave, toaster, plug-in counter top hob & air fryer are also supplied. Adjacent to this is a full sized fridge freezer with additional storage and worktop. Glasses, mugs, crockery and cutlery are supplied.
The en suite has a new powerful shower, wash basin with cupboard underneath and soft close toilet with extractor fan and Velux window.
Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board available to share between the two rooms.
