Double Room In Large House, Must Be Dog Friendly!

Large detached house (converted barn on three levels) in a popular seaside village location just 6 minutes walk to the beach. Room fully furnished with double bed and TV included, duvet and pillows but you will need your own sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. Shared bathroom (with just me) with drench shower and bath. Shared large kitchen, own kitchen cupboards, own fridge and freezer.

WiFi and bills included in rent.

Use of laundry (washing machine/tumble dryer/electric airer) the downstairs lounge is available for your use as my lounge is upstairs, however, the communal laundry area is accessed through this lounge.

Garden available for use and room in the garage for a bicycle. There is FREE parking available just 100 yards from the house.

If you are quiet and (must be) tidy and comfortable around 2 large and friendly dogs (who like cuddles), this could be ideal for you.

The rental term is flexible from one month with one month's notice required for when you leave.
