Double room with own bathroom (separate)

Within a stones throw from the train station (great for commuting, 20 minutes to exeter, 40 minutes to Barnstaple) we have a furnished double room with TV point, (Bed, bedding, built in wardrobe and drawers, lamp, curtain etc..) available to rent. Positioned in a quiet road, with plenty of storage for a small amount of furniture in the attic if needed.

Copplestone is a beautiful quiet village, however very quick and easy access to the city, we feel it’s the best of both worlds.
Access to a large kitchen and all utilities (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher). The house has a good sized garden with seating area, lighting, hammock, barbecue etc...

We are looking for a tenant who works full time to share the home.

We have a family cat and a dog in the house.
Off-road parking is available.
