Bright, comfortable, single, furnished room

This is a comfortable, light, single furnished room. There is a good-sized wardrobe and a cupboard for storage. Furniture can be moved in or out according to your preference: a table/desk, Kallax shelving with boxes, a padded rocking chair or your own furniture if you prefer.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared. I work from the living room and so when I'm working, you wouldn't be able to use it but you can when it's free.

The property has 2 bedrooms, not 5 as stated in the ad.

A small car is a must because although there is a train station 5 minutes away, there's only one train per hour each way. Buses are less easy to work out. It's in a village (in a quiet cul-de-sac) and so practicalities such as getting shopping are difficult without a car. There is a small garage for your use, otherwise it's on-street parking

I live a quiet life and I live it quietly! I'm a non-drinker and non-smoker and rarely watch TV or listen to music. I'm looking for a quiet, tidy, professional who is like-minded, to share with. It would suit a 35 + professional woman.
