3 minutes walk to Newcourt Station which can get you to Exeter Central in 10 minutes with Exmouth about 15 minutes.
There is a Spar shop literally around the corner which is handy for basic items with Tesco and Aldi also not far and easy to walk to.
From the house you can also walk to lovely Topsham in 20 minutes and the M5 is literally minutes to get to by car. The location is honestly great!!

I work full-time and am also a singer songwriter outside of work and have a studio setup at home. I also have an amazing dog called Freddie who’s a black miniature schnauzer with so much love and character! He’s also great if you suffer from allergies to dogs, so he’s clean and tidy plus great company to have around.
There is a garage for some storage and a nice peaceful back garden with a pond that has a water feature so you get the sound of nice tranquil trickling water all through the day and night. Everyone in the house has their own space and own bathroom, very easy and fun to get on with plus very chilled. All good vibes and plenty of living space!
