We are also very lucky to have a train station in the estate which is about a 2 minutes walk from the house and can get you into town in about 15 minutes, or to Exmouth for the beach in the other direction. Three miles from centre exeter good bus routes and cycle routes.

15 minute walk or a couple of minutes drive to tescos huge 24 hour store or aldi. There is also a business park next to Tesco with diy stores and electrical stores there too.

Sharing over 3 floors lady on ground me on first then second floor has bathroom in the middle splitting rooms. One side is large double or if you prefer other side is 2 rooms youd have both room on one side , easier to show you!
