Mon - Fri and this would be at a reduced rent rate, up for negotiation.
Happy for short term too.
I work from home sometimes and have a dog and a cat so being okay with animals is essential.
The room is shown and you get the family bathroom, I rarely use it as I have an en-suite. There is also a downstairs loo.
You will get one of the allocated parking spaces on the driveway and use of the garden.
The kitchen and living room are communal and I encourage you to use them and make yourself at home.
All bills and Wi-Fi etc included.
