The kitchen opens out onto a courtyard garden with bistro seating and table, available for use by the annex.

Access to washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board, iron, hoover etc. and space for a bicycle in the garage.

Off road parking if essential available, as there is parking space for two cars on the drive, but easy on street parking available.

Situated in a quiet street with easy access to river, cycle routes, Marsh Barton, Sowton, RD & E Hospital and Pynes Hill. 2 miles from Topsham. 5 minutes drive from city centre.

I currently live in the main house. The annex is completely separate with its own access. I work full time Monday to Friday.

Even though it’s a Monday to Friday let the annexe will be for your sole use and won’t be used by anyone else at weekends so you can leave all your belongings in it.
