Hi! I’m a quiet, friendly professional working from home, looking for a considerate housemate to share my peaceful home in Exeter. You’d be living with me and my cat, Kevin.
The Room:
Bright double room with your own en suite.
Loads of storage space.
£650 per month – all bills included (gas, electric, water, Wi-Fi).
The House:
Shared kitchen and living room.
Back garden, driveway, and garage – great for storing sports or outdoor gear.
Calm, tidy atmosphere.
You’ll be sharing with me (WFH professional) and Kevin the cat.
Location:
Short walk to the nearest bus stop.
15-minute walk to Newcourt train station.
Easy access to the motorway.
Walking distance to both Aldi and Tesco.
A Bit About Me:
When I’m not working, I enjoy yoga, the gym, reading, knitting, and watching silly quiz shows. I spend a lot of time at the Exeter Golf and Country Club or out exploring Devon with friends. Bonus: I can also teach you Finnish!
