1 double room available in Newcourt from July.

This is not a house share as me and partner own and live in the property ourselves, so we ask that you are respectful of our space when we are around :)

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed with storage, a bedside table, chest of draws and TV.

The property is a 2 bedroom flat located 1 minute away from Newcourt train station making it ideal for commuting into the city centre. There is also a bus station 1 minute away. There is free on street parking if needed.

Working from home on a full time basis would not be suitable.

We are looking for an individual who is kind and respectful.

We are not looking for couples but partners are welcome to stay when we are away.

Kitchen is fully equipped and there will be fridge, freezer and cupboard space available as well as a washing machine.

We are both friendly and easy to get along with, we both work full time and are often away or busy at weekends.
