Short term part time let in house

I have a spare small double room available in my house that I own, sharing it with my cat and dog.

Looking for someone part time to stay, preferably short term. Ideally, you will be a non smoking working professional/mature student, who doesn’t work from home. You don’t have to like cats - he tends to do his own thing, but liking big silly golden retrievers is essential.

The double room has a built in wardrobe and you will have sole use of the family bathroom next to the bedroom.

You are welcome and encouraged to use the living room, kitchen and garden at your leisure. This is my home and I would like you to treat it like it is yours too.

I spend a lot of the time out of the house either working, walking the dog or at the gym. I do tend to stay away a couple of times a month, maybe more.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac, with quick qccess to the canal path and cycling routes.
