You would have your own private bathroom with shower and bath and share the rest with me (female), kitchen, lounge, conservatory etc. WIFI obviously lol! Lots of parking and very big garden and patio. It's in a very convenient position, in a lovely area right near Topsham, on main bus route into town (10 minutes), or the hospital (few minutes by bus), easy access to M5 also. It's a laid back house to come and go as you please, I don't really do rules, just respect and honesty is all I ask.
