Larger Than Average Double Room

Nice central location, large supermarket with overnight parking one minute away, very near Derriford Hospital and on a good bus route. our average age group is 45ish and would probably suit a female we are a nice friendly bunch and all have busy lives, there are two very friendly but large dogs and a cat living at the property. A music lover would be an advantage as two of us are big into our music, mostly rock but listen to all genres, night shift workers will not be considered as this causes problems during the day. The house is cleaned and decorated to a good standard and you will be expected to keep it this way I employ a cleaner for all communal areas but individuals are responsible for cleaning any mess left especially in the kitchen and toilet!! I do not tolerate abuse of any kind either of other lodgers or my animals if you want to be treated nice than be nice!!!
