Fabulous double room in quiet area

A large bright double room with ensuite bathroom in a large modern family house in a quiet neighbourhood. We offer you your own fridge, oven & food cupboards in the kitchen & shared use of the washing machine & an amazing range of kitchen gadgets. The rent includes ALL bills. Our home is warm, spacious, light and quiet with a large garden & plenty of off street parking. We are only 10 minutes drive from Derriford ,20-30 mins from central Plymouth and a 2 minute walk on to Dartmoor. We would prefer not to have friends stay over nor anyone running a business from our home. We are both semi-retired, working part time and when not working enjoy walking our young Cockapoo over the moor. We also have a cat. Occasionally our adult children come to stay but they have their own ensuite rooms in addition to our letting room.
