Large double bedroom with built in wardrobe and a garden view. Bathroom on same floor shared with 1 other (lovely) flat mate. Shared living room, kitchen, dining room, toilet/ utility room and small garden. The house has central heating and fibre optic internet, along with all the usual amenities, such as washing machine, dishwasher etc which will be shared with the whole house.
The house is in a quiet location, but also very close to shops, pubs, takeaways and bus stop as just off Crediton High Street. Roughly 10/15 minute walk to Crediton train station.

Street parking is available near by.

About us :
Me (Lydia) and my husband, Michael (27 and 28) have been living in the house since last March. We also live with Fynn who is an apprentice and has been with us since June. We all have full time jobs working Monday to Friday in and around the area. We have 3 pet guinea pigs who live outdoors most of the year but come inside when it's particularly cold. We are happy to be social with tenants but and also happy if you would like to do your own thing.

Who we are looking for :
Someone who is tidy, trustworthy and easy to get on with, preferably someone with a full time job.
