Very Large Studio Room

Hi I have a large ie very large newly finished and spacious double bedroom plus office / desk space I’m ideally looking for foreign student or workers as I am interested in languages . There are two rooms available and there is a large garden to share grow veg or do yoga in ect . I play piano occasionally but not before 9am and not after 10 pm . Thank you for your interest ps there might have to be some negotiating around the rent re the ridiculous price rises in energy cost and the fact that winter is approaching. But I like to feel I am very fair regarding this .
