Available now, I have a furnished double bedroom, along with a large second room to use as your own private sitting room. This space includes a fridge/freezer, sofa chair, and plenty of storage.
You would also have exclusive use of a bathroom with an over-bath shower.

Both rooms have been freshly decorated, and the carpets, mattress, and arm chair are brand new. If you would like to bring some of your own furniture, this can be discussed.

The rooms are adjoining on the middle floor of mine & little dog, Percy, home - so a dog lover is essential.
I work full-time (one day a week at home) and spend most summer weekends at my caravan.

The only shared areas are the fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen and the front door. There is private, off-road parking just outside.

All bills are included, along with excellent WiFi, making it ideal for working from home.

This would suit a mature, tidy, and considerate professional.

The house is an 8 minute walk from the town centre, with bus stops to Exeter just a few minutes away and the train station a 12 minute walk.
