One room is enormous and the other is large. There is bathroom and toilet on the same floor which will be used by only two other residents.
A very large and fully equipped kitchen is shared by all the residents, although it only has light usage by most so feels quiet.
The walled garden is large for this kind of property and is available to all residents.
This is an owner occupier property and the landlord shares the top floor with his 17 year old son.
We enjoy a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, but it is a family home and needs to be respected as such. Most residents stay for at least 18 months.
The property is near the green and very convenient for the town centre with a charming local corner shop and regular bus services. Ref# 2756717
