Housemate needed for beautiful flat

This beautiful flat located just outside of Crediton city centre, on a farm is available to a single person. I am needing a reliable flat mate to come and share the property. Monthly bills are £670, including water and heating, landlords are asking the new tenant pay £400 pcm as this will include maintenance fees. I have already provided all furniture for the property aswell so this shouldn't be a worry. Electric bills are quarterly. Sadly no pets are allowed (exceptions of fish.)
Would suit professional person, who is ideally tidy. Washing facilities are all provided.
Own transport would be essential due to the location (1 mile out of city centre)
