I have a double room available in a character cottage 10 mins away from Crediton/Exeter.
The house has a large living room with a wood burning stove and dinning area. Separate fully equipped kitchen.
One bathroom and two bedrooms. There are two parking spaces and a raised garden with decking and an attempted veggie patch! Pets are welcome (two cats already in situ) and all bills are included apart from tv licence.
I work full time and am kept busy in the evenings with my horse/studies but like to share the odd meal and relax at the house. In the summer there has been a few BBQ's and if there is some spare time I do attempt some DIY!
Happy to consider couples but would have to reassess bills etc.
