Lodger wanted for a lovely annex

Fantastic annex set in rural Devon, available from early MARCH.
Part of a large house the annex consists of.......bedroom, shower room, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer & cooker, lounge with wood burner, tv & sofa, large walk in cupboard, own patio, garden, shed & parking space. Veg plot available. We are situated in Yeoford which is approx 5 miles outside Crediton & have good access to A30, Exeter, Okehampton, Cheriton Bishop, Whiddon Down, Chagford etc.
Electric not included nor is logs/coal.
Would consider a couple.
Possibly consider a dog.
Would also consider short lets i. e. weekly/monthly though different rate would apply.
