We have a double room available to let from the 1st October in lovely sunny Croyde, no agency fees as through a lovely private landlord. It's a long term let which is very rare in Croyde these days due to holiday home owners taking over the village slowly. Detached bungalow with plenty of parking, big garden, garage for storage, large lounge. Currently have two people living here, a teacher and a physio so both professionals. No children is pretty much the only rule (even if they don't live with you on a permanent basis).
