Homely room in lovely 3 bed cottage

A comfortable and cosy double room in a tucked away cottage, a few minutes walk from Cullompton town centre and all amenities, including bus routes, cafes, shops and restaurants. There is off street parking on the drive and a courtyard garden. The bathroom has been recently renovated and is for the dedicated use of the lodger.
We have a large, well equipped kitchen - diner, with plenty of room for everyone to cook and eat at the same time.
Easy access to the motorway and approximately 20 mins drive to Exeter (depending on traffic) and 10 mins drive to Tiverton Parkway railway station.
I work from home as a therapist (part time) so it is important that any lodger is considerate of visiting clients' privacy.
Mon - Fri lodging also considered.
