We have a large, well equipped kitchen - diner, with plenty of room for everyone to cook and eat at the same time.
Easy access to the motorway and approximately 20 mins drive to Exeter (depending on traffic) and 10 mins drive to Tiverton Parkway railway station.
I work from home as a therapist (part time) so it is important that any lodger is considerate of visiting clients' privacy and as I conduct counselling sessions in the living room this is not available for use during my work hours.
