Double Room & Ensuite in Cullompton

A double room on the top (2nd floor) of my 3-story modern-built townhouse in Cullompton. I live on the 1st floor. The ground floor would be shared between us and has an additional toilet, and a kitchen/diner with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, dining table, sofa & TV.

Walking distance to the town centre and right on the main bus route. On-street parking available outside the house if you have a car.

I like to keep the place quite tidy and clean. I would expect you to keep your areas clean and tidy, and contribute to shared cleaning of our shared area downstairs.

Two young cats, but they love spending most of their time outdoors, and stay on the ground floor when they do come in.

All bills included. There is also ultra high speed fibre broadband available.
