The Room

Freshly decorated 2nd floor double room, furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, desk, chair and large wardrobe. It’s a light and airy room with a large dormer window.

The House

A modern terraced house situated on the outskirts of Cullompton near the Rugby Club. The high street is a 10 minute walk away where there are some nice cafes, pubs etc. The local Aldi is a 10 minute walk and there is a Tesco superstore a little further away as well. With easy access to the M5, Exeter and Taunton are only a 25 minute drive away. There is on-road parking just outside and there are always spaces available.

Ideal for anyone who enjoys being outdoors, it’s a short walk before you find yourself in the midst of the Devon countryside with lots of public footpaths and great views. Cullompton is also surrounded by plenty of beautiful areas such as the Blackdown Hills, Exmoor and Dartmoor as well as being less than an hour away from both the North and South coasts.

Current Household

You will be living with a 30 year male who works as a software engineer. He enjoys going to the gym and surfing.

Looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy who’s up for chat over a cup of tea or a pint.

Fixed term of 3 months ending in January 2027.
