It is a top floor but well worth it for the view.
The flat is along the high street but the room is out the back where you don't hear the traffic or drunken bums.
We will share the kitchen and bathroom, and you would have the lounge to yourself most of the time. I have left the walls in the lounge blank so you can put your own things up.
I work every weekend so am only home in the evenings.
