Hello, I have available a double room for a single occupant. The property is a licensed HMO (house of multiple occupation) meaning it means all conditions to be safe for a shared house. There are 3 toilets in the house and lots of communal space with a large kitchen diner, separate lounge and mezzanine floor. You will be sharing with 5 other respectful and tidy male professionals. They have been with me a number of years. There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the laundry room photographed for you to use as you wish. The rent includes all bills (water gas electric) plus TV licence, insurance, and the use of fast wifi internet. The house is situated on the edge of the town and 2 minutes walk to a large Tesco, doctors and chemist. I would love to meet you and show you around.
