Peaceful Single Room in Dartington

We are a peaceful and friendly household currently looking for one new housemate for our bright and cosy attic single in Hunters Moon, Dartington. We have a lovely home with a secluded garden and two beautiful cats. I, Sam, work from home as a mindfulness based psychotherapist and spiritual counsellor and currently have one house mate, Aleks. We both like to live in a clean, cared for space and in a respectful, peaceful way - especially as clients are sometimes coming to the house, so it needs to feel welcoming and clear. We share the two bathrooms, including with occasional single Air BnB guests in a cabin in the garden. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer and a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with a wood burner.
