One double available for 8 months in stone-built cottage in Dartington. I will be away for most or all of this time, so you will effectively share the house with one other person aged 26.

The house is situated near the Cott Inn, a 20 minute walk to Totnes, and a 20 minute walk to Dartington Hall.

It is a large (4.3m x 3.3m) spacious room with built-in cupboards and a south facing window. The rent is £700 pcm to include all bills, council tax and wi-fi.

You will have access to shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is a good sized garden with a vegetable patch (which you are welcome to use) and space for parking. The rooms will be available from early April for 8 months.
