Double Room in Leafy Dartington

Now that my son has moved out, I have a lovely clean and airy room to let in my home. It's about 12 m2 in size, fully furnished and in a very quiet and friendly community.

I am looking for someone who might need a room for between 3 and 6 months, with the possibility of longer term.

As I work from home a lot, it would suit someone who has activities that take them away from home, as the house isn't huge.

I am up for sharing some meals if that works out but am also flexible. The main thing is that we feel comfortable around each other.
