Short Term Let in Leafy Dartington

Now that my son has moved out, I have a lovely clean and airy room to let in my home. It's about 12 m2 in size, fully furnished and in a very quiet and friendly community.

I am not in a position to offer the room for a long term let yet as my son may still need it over the summer, but would love to offer it to someone who might need a temporary stop over or wants some time in the countryside.

As I work from home a lot, it would suit someone who has activities that take them away from home, as the house isn't huge.

I am up for sharing some meals if that works out but am also flexible. The main thing is that we feel comfortable around each other.
