Double room in beautiful farmhouse…

I’m looking for a new lodger to share my wonderful home with from the 1st February until September.

The house is a beautiful, quirky, spacious, 2 bedroom farm house in an amazing rural spot just 5 mins outside of Totnes. It has a south facing private garden and lovey views of the countryside. There is a double room available and the rent is £600 including bills.

Own transport needed unless you’re a keen cyclist or walker, it’s probably 35/40 minutes walk into town from the farm.

I’m a 36 year old musician with a current day job in a local shop. I’m looking for a clean and tidy housemate, with good communication, who enjoys conversation and a sense of community as much as they do their own space.

The room is available until the end of August.. so 7 months. But i’m open to multiple people over shorter term lettings.. Message me for more details, preferably on what’s app.
